Role Description NOLA Hotel Group is seeking a candidate with hotel revenue management experience, analytically sharp revenue leader to drive pricing, distribution, and top-line strategy across our portfolio of boutique properties and vacation rentals.
As Area Director of Revenue Optimization, you'll set pricing and distribution strategies for multiple properties, lead a cross-functional Revenue Optimization Team, and partner directly with General Managers, Sales, and Marketing to turn data into decisions that drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Expertise in revenue recognition and revenue management practices within hospitality or a related industry.
- Solid foundation in finance and accounting, with the ability to understand P&L statements and budgeting.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to align pricing, promotions, and group/contract strategies.
- Background in hotel revenue management, distribution, or pricing strategy; multi-property experience preferred.
- Guide and hold a revenue team accountable across the portfolio.
- Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, CRS, and OTA/extranet tools, along with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, hospitality management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work on-site in New Orleans, LA, and travel between properties within the portfolio as needed.
