Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced 30+ employee electronic test equipment company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, employee interaction, and process
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts including preparing job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Support comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper completion of paperwork and system updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
- Track employee hours, attendance, and PTO records utilizing platforms like Paychex Flex in coordination with payroll workflows.
- Assist with benefits administration, tracking employee eligibility, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Help coordinate training programs and track compliance certifications relevant to calibration and technical staff.
- Support internal HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and safety compliance.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all employee and company information.
- Assist with the organization of corporate training programs and internal employee engagement initiatives or events.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of human resources or administrative experience preferred.
- Familiarity with foundational HR practices, labor laws, and basic payroll systems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with HR software systems like Paychex.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
