Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Weekend Night Dispatchers.
This is an important role within our company. Plumbing is an essential service, and emergencies do not only happen during normal business hours. As a weekend night dispatcher, you will play a key role in helping customers get the service they need while supporting our technicians in the field.
If you are dependable, calm under pressure, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to manage schedules during busy or changing situations, we want to hear from you.
No Experience? No Problem.
Prior dispatching experience is a plus, but it is not required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. You will learn our systems, processes, and how to properly support both customers and service professionals.

Schedule
This position is for weekend nights. Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends, and during high-demand emergency service periods.
Reliability and availability during scheduled shifts are extremely important for this role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will start by training alongside experienced team members. Once trained, your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming customer calls during weekend night shifts
Booking service appointments and gathering accurate job information
Coordinating with managers and service professionals
Dispatching the right technician to the right job
Communicating clearly with customers regarding arrival windows and updates
Monitoring schedules and adjusting when emergencies or delays occur
Following Mr. Rooter Plumbing’s proven processes
Providing accurate notes and job details in our software system
Supporting the team to ensure a smooth customer experience from first call through completion
