Job Title: Spray Foam Insulation Installer
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Duties/Responsibilities:
In this role, you will install spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Required - 3 years of previous spray foam experience
- Clean Driving record required, with potential additional compensation on starting wage
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card upon hire required.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
- May stand for long periods of time
- Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles
- Bend or twist their body
- Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl
Working Conditions:
- Often wear protective suits, masks, and respirators
- Often work indoors, but may on occasion work outdoors
- Are often exposed to loud and distracting sounds and noise levels
- Are on occasion exposed to high places
- Often travel to and from work sites in a truck or van
- May work in very bright or dim lighting conditions
- May work physically near other installers
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Salary: Dependent on Experience - Starting at $25/hour.
