What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience.
- Learn our inventory to help customers find the right vehicle.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Build relationships and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
- Work with management to deliver an exceptional buying experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other people-focused experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
