We're looking for dependable Babysitters and Childcare Providers to support families throughout the Maryland Heights and St. Louis area.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly pay with direct deposit every Friday
- Competitive pay:
- $19/hour for 1–2 children
- $20/hour for 3 children
- $21/hour for 4 children
- Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week
- Holiday pay for most nationally observed holidays

Schedule Requirements
We're looking for caregivers who can:
- Work 2–5 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- Be available between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Work 8-hour shifts
- Commit to at least 3 months of availability
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive childcare in family homes
- Plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
- Support children's learning and development through play
- Communicate daily updates with parents and guardians
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience, including babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, or related childcare experience
- Two professional childcare references
- Excellent communication and texting skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Complete TLC's online orientation before your first assignment
How It Works
- Set your availability through the TLC scheduling system
- Receive assignments based on your availability, experience, and preferences
- Work with a variety of wonderful families throughout the Maryland Heights and St. Louis area
- If a scheduled shift is less than 4 hours, you'll still be paid for 4 hours
