Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related or property-related issues to the appropriate contacts.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and observe unusual conditions.

Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or resident access practices in accordance with property guidelines, while documenting daily activities, incidents, and security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
