Paris Baguette is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and people-loving Greeter / Hospitality Team Member who enjoys meeting new people and creating memorable experiences.
This role is all about hospitality and guest connection. You’ll be one of the first faces our guests see welcoming them with genuine warmth, starting friendly conversations, helping them discover our breads, pastries, cakes, and drinks, and making sure they leave feeling happy and appreciated.
An important part of this role is introducing every customer to the Paris Baguette Rewards App, explaining its benefits in a friendly and natural way, and encouraging guests to join and use the rewards program.

What You’ll Do
* Greet each and every guest with a warm welcome and positive energy.
* Start natural, friendly conversations and make guests feel at home.
* Introduce the Paris Baguette Rewards App to every customer and briefly explain the benefits of joining.
* Encourage new customers to download and sign up for the Rewards App.
* Remind existing members to use their Rewards App during their visit.
* Help customers with basic questions about signing up for or using the Rewards App.
* Get to know our regular customers and help build a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.
* Share your enthusiasm for food and help guests discover new pastries, breads, cakes, and beverages.
* Answer questions and make thoughtful product recommendations.
* Check in with guests and make sure they’re having a great experience.
* Work closely with the team to create a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
* Bring positive energy and a hospitality-first attitude to every shift.

* Comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced café environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and a supportive team player.
* Experienced in hospitality — a minimum of 6 months of hospitality or customer-facing experience is required.
Flexible Scheduling
We offer flexible working hours, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for a hospitality role that can work around their schedule. Availability may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
