Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform expanded duties, including placing and finishing restorations, taking impressions, fabricating temporary crowns, etc.
- Assist the doctor during a variety of procedures with efficiency and precision
- Ensure all procedures are accurately charted and documented
- Maintain operatory readiness, cleanliness, and organization
- Support patient education and case acceptance by reinforcing treatment plans
- Follow all infection control and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with front and back office teams to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Active EDDA certification or 3+ yrs of equivalent on the job training
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
