About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and optimal performance of our production machinery and facility equipment. In this role, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will be essential to our operational success.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production machines, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on packaging and production equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to proactively address potential problems and extend equipment lifespan.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to effectively perform maintenance and repairs.
- Utilize hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Operate and maintain forklifts safely for moving equipment and materials.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.
- Solid maintenance and repair background.
- Prior industrial electrical experience.
