Position Summary:
As a Retail Store Associate, you will be the face of our boutique, providing knowledgeable, attentive service to customers seeking distinctive wooden home decor. You will help create a welcoming, curated environment that reflects the artistry of our products and the values of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, delivering outstanding service tailored to individual needs
- Educate customers about the craftsmanship, materials, and stories behind our handmade wooden goods
- Assist with product selection, offering design advice and styling suggestions
- Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring the store is visually appealing and products are displayed to highlight their unique features
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization at all times
- Participate in store events, promotions, and product launches
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury goods, home decor, or related fields
- Passion for design, craftsmanship, and high-quality products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
