Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Private Duty Nursing team and care for a pediatric patient in their home. Perfect for nurses who enjoy steady, one-on-one care. Responsibilities include medication administration, GT care, hiflo machine and monitoring under RN supervision.
Location: Mission, 78572
Weekdays: Mon - Fri 7a - 4p (40 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care according to the plan developed by the supervising RN and physician.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and report any changes promptly.
- Administer medications and provide routine treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Collaborate with the family and Only Love clinical team to support care goals.
Qualifications:
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable with trach, vent, or GT care, hiflo machine (training provided if needed).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
