We’re looking for energetic, reliable, part-time Ice Cream Experience Ambassadors to bring the legendary Ben & Jerry’s vibe to life—both in our Glenview scoop shop and at off-site catering events.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term position, not just a seasonal summer job.
Whether you’re behind the counter or on the road, you’ll be the face of our shop—creating memorable, high-quality experiences for every guest.
Your Mission:
- Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
- Scoop, waffle, and guide customers through our famous flavors
- Keep the shop and catering stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Handle transactions accurately and professionally
- Serve ice cream to our gold-standard quality
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Support both in-store service and off-site catering setups
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, upbeat team players who love making people happy
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow directions
- Quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Retail or food service experience a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable with basic math for transactions and measurements
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Flexible schedule—weekends and evenings a big plus
