Cutandcropped is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Jewelry Personalization Specialist to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced jewelry boutique specializing in custom jewelry, charm bars, and personalized customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone with previous engraving experience who understands luxury retail, works efficiently in a high-volume environment, and knows how to create elevated customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Gravotech M20 Pix Jewel engraving machine
- Engrave custom jewelry pieces including bracelets, charms, pendants, keychains, and gifts
- Assist customers with personalization selections and custom orders
- Set up and execute in-store charm bar and personalization experiences
- Ensure engraving quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, packaging, and customer service
- Work efficiently during high-traffic weekends and events
Qualifications
- Previous experience using a Gravotech M20 Pix Jewel is required
- Experience in jewelry, engraving, personalization, or luxury retail preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Weekend availability preferred
