We are looking for a driven, high-energy, positive and self motivated professional to work full time in our busy Pest Control Branch Office in Salinas. This position starts immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position works under the general supervision of the Branch Manager and Human Resources Manager and will provide administrative support to the field crews, management team and customers. Daily duties include but are not limited to:
Daily, weekly, monthly reports
Job Scheduling
Daily, weekly, monthly Inventory reports
Time card allocation, distribution & collection
Ordering supplies for office and field
Maintaining detailed paperwork for each job
Prioritizing heavy phone traffic
Scheduling equipment rentals
Other tasks as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum one year office experience
Microsoft outlook, word and excel knowledge
Construction experience a plus
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Some overtime required.
