PNW USA INC : is a fast -growing apparel manufacturing , wholesale . e-commerce, and supply chain company. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist that supports daily online store operations and helps keep sales, products, and customer experience running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized ,proactive , and comfortable working in a fast -paced digital retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e -commerce platforms(Shopify, eBay,Amazons,etc.)
- Ensure all products data including descriptions, pricing ,images, and variants are accurate and consistent
- Create and upload new product listings in a timely and organized manner
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels,ensuring accurate stock availability across systems.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock movement.
- Process, track, and verify online orders from placement to delivery
- Handle order issues including cancellations, return, exchanges, and shipping discrepancies.
- Monitor daily sales performance and inventory movement.
- Support promotional activities such as discounts, campaigns, and product launches
- Communicate with internal teams( warehouse, customer service ,purchasing) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Generate basic reports on sales, inventory, and order status for management review.
- Identify and report inventory or listing issues promptly to prevent operational delays.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Chinese(Mandarin)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations,with Amazon and eBay.Shopify
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and related tools/software ( e.g..,seller central , listings tools, analytics dashboards)
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and online sales optimization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational , and problem-solving skills
- Experience in private label or appear industry ( preferred)
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
