Host and Bussers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. The responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and assisting serving food and beverages. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with food delivery from kitchen to tables, ensuring timely and accurate service while maintaining food safety standards
- Handle food handling tasks including plating, garnishing, and presentation to uphold quality standards
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as assembling dishes or refilling stations
- Use POS systems like Toast to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Clear tables promptly by bussing dishes and resetting tables for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Collaborate closely with servers, bar staff, and kitchen staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions about menu items, specials, or restaurant amenities with enthusiasm and clarity
Qualifications
- An engaging and welcoming personality
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus
- Experience in banquet service, bussing, or catering enhances your versatility in this role
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required
- Ability to regularly life and carry up to 25 lbs
- Flexible to work nights and weekends
