We're Hiring: Construction Superintendent (2–5 Years Experience)

As a Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and monitor progress
- Enforce safety standards and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams
- Resolve field issues and communicate project updates
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of construction supervision or field leadership experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects is a plus
