NOW HIRING: TERRITORY MANAGER — EASTERN MISSOURI
U.S. Decks is looking for a motivated Territory Manager to build and grow our dealer network across Eastern Missouri.
This is a sales + territory development position for someone who wants to take ownership of their market and has the drive to grow their income.
COMPENSATION
$600/week draw
+ 30% commission on the net profit generated by your territory
The more you grow your territory, the more you make. No traditional salary cap.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop new dealer relationships
- Recruit and onboard new dealers
- Build relationships with existing dealers
- Help dealers generate more sales
- Visit dealers throughout your territory
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Follow up with leads and help close deals
- Take ownership of growing your territory
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly motivated and competitive
- Comfortable talking to business owners
- A strong communicator
- Self-driven and organized
- Willing to travel throughout Eastern Missouri
- Sales-minded and focused on results
- Interested in building something long-term
Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter more.
