INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of SALES FLOOR ASSOCIATE at the IFA Country Store in Provo, Utah.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers as they come into the store.

Share product knowledge and expertise with customers and ensure that they receive the highest level of customer service.
- Provide customers with solutions to assist with their needs.

Assist customers with their purchases, including some parts assembly when needed.

Maintain a well-organized and clean area.

Effectively present information and respond to questions from customers in an informative, timely, and cheerful manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 2-4 years of equivalent customer service or sales experience. Exceptional customer service skills a necessity. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-minded. Experience with operating a cash register, with additional experience using other computer software and programs. Able to calculate discounts, percentages, and perform basic math functions. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.
