Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an outpatient behavioral health practice in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $68,224-$81,868.

HRSA and NHSC student loan repayment eligibility.

PSLF eligible employer.

POSITION OVERVIEW
-
Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children and adolescents up to age 18.
-
Complete assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and ongoing behavioral health interventions.

Partner with families, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation while delivering evidence-based therapeutic services.

Manage a balanced outpatient caseload supported by experienced administrative and clinical staff.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Experience providing behavioral health services to pediatric patients.

Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.

Strong communication and family-centered care skills.

Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary outpatient team.
