Position Summary:
The Porter is responsible for the setup, start up and breakdown of production lines. This position will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment is clean, ready to operate at all times and that production runs are started and ended on schedule. This position will be responsible for gathering all necessary information for accurate equipment setup and operation during start up and break times.
Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License with an excellent record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to work a variety of hours, including some weekends
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities:
- Set up equipment for start up during shift
- Ensure equipment is clean during end of shift and before start up
- Document all necessary information on equipment (e.g. broken parts, malfunctioning parts, etc.)during end of shift
- Report all malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Production Manager immediately
- Maintain a clean environment in and around production equipment during start-up and break times
- Actively listen to other employees' concerns without judgment or prejudice
- Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly and safe environment in and around production equipment at all times
- Complete required daily paperwork
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
