- Assist the Executive Chef in directing all culinary operations across restaurants, banquets, food outlets, and special events.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations, staffing, and service execution.
- Monitor food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Help lead culinary innovation and support menu development, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
- Supervise Sous Chefs across multiple outlets.
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest concerns and special requests.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage Leadership to enhance overall guest experiences and VIP services.
- Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of progressive culinary leadership experience, including experience as a Sous Chef.
- Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines, fine dining standards, banquet operations, and high-volume food production.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and outlets simultaneously.
- Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and budgeting practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
