In this role, the full-time Verizon Support Representative will help our customers experience the ultimate in connectivity by introducing them to blazing-fast Verizon Fios internet and cutting-edge 5G mobile solutions.
As a Verizon Support Representative, you’ll be the guide our customers navigate the upgrade to Fios home internet and 5G wireless, using training to perfect your customer support skills. Every customer interaction the Verizon Support Representative makes is rooted in the customer’s goals, whether it’s working remotely or streaming, making enrollment a collaborative journey.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Support Representative
- Introduce customers to Verizon Fios and Verizon 5G offerings designed to support streaming, entertainment, communication, and connected lifestyles.
- Drive enrollment opportunities in person by identifying customer priorities and recommending Verizon internet and wireless solutions that deliver value and convenience.
- Strengthen customer engagement through customer interactions that highlight the advantages of Verizon's home and mobile services.
- Present Verizon Fios and 5G service options in a simple, approachable manner that encourages informed decision-making.
- Maintain awareness of Verizon promotions, mobile plans, and Fios offerings to provide accurate and relevant customer guidance.
- Support enrollment objectives by helping customers transition to Verizon services with confidence and ease.
Qualifications of the Verizon Support Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in customer service and telecommunications
- Eager to learn Verizon’s Fios and 5G features to guide customers confidently.
- Passion for connectivity, helping customers stay linked through Verizon’s solutions.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
