We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and continue building a positive, high-performing team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance people, process, and profitability while upholding North County’s standards and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members
- Foster a positive, accountable, and respectful workplace culture
- Manage and optimize financial performance, including labor, food & beverage costs, and overall profitability
- Analyze P&L statements and take action to improve key financial metrics
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service execution
- Implement and manage systems, policies, and procedures that support operational excellence
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategic goals, budgeting, and growth initiatives
- Drive performance through clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a high-volume or full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and performance management
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality, team building, and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience)
