This Development Manager / Senior Manager will take ownership of industrial projects from sourcing through execution, working closely with senior leadership on high-impact deals. The role offers end-to-end exposure across acquisitions, entitlements, design, construction, and asset management, with strong visibility and the opportunity to grow within a performance-driven environment.The Development Manager / Senior Manager will report directly to senior leadership and play a critical role in executing and advancing projects across North Texas.

Support site sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition efforts, including full due diligence and site evaluation for industrial projects in the DFW market

Manage entitlement processes, coordinating with municipalities and consultants to secure zoning and approvals

Lead design development alongside architects, engineers, and contractors from concept through construction documentation

Prepare and maintain development budgets, pro formas, and project schedules

Oversee construction execution and track project performance against cost and timeline expectations

Partner with leasing and property management teams to support asset stabilization and business plan execution

Assist with investment memos, market research, and disposition processes
