```Duties```
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
- Help with food handling and storage, including proper labeling and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Assist in setting up and breaking down catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, and food stations
```Skills```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
