Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify suitable insurance products for clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Experience in insurance sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness in all interactions.
