Responsibilities:
Patient: Experienced and trained Nurse for Trach, GT, Ostomy Care, TPN
Sunday to Saturday: Day Shift 7a-7p
Sunday to Saturday: Night Shift 7a-7p
-Candidates would provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
-Candidates would collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
-Conduct assessments and document patient progress notes
-Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
-Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatment plans
Experience:
-Experience in behavioral health or nursing home setting is preferred
-Knowledge of specialized procedures such as G-button feeding
