Construction Operator/Laborer
Description:
This position is full time.
This position will work on various athletic fields throughout the Northeast region of the United States, including professional, collegiate, private school, and municipalities. This position consists of physical labor and basic operating skills. This position includes but is not limited to equipment operation, laser grading, amending soils, installation of turfgrass, topdressing, and minor irrigation repair. Winter work may include snow removal.
Candidates must:
- Experience in turfgrass, landscape, or related field and equipment operation experience.
- Currently have a license to operate motor vehicles.
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds and willing to perform manual labor.
- Be willing to work as part of a team and also individually.
- Be willing to obtain an OSHA 10 card.
- Be willing to obtain a Hoisting License to Operate Equipment
- Candidate must be attentive and reliable and work in all weather conditions.
- Must be diligent, have a strong work ethic, willing to learn, follow instructions, and be polite/effective in communicating with clientele.
Compensation:
Based on Experience.
