What You'll Do
- Build high-end kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home remodels
- Execute finish carpentry with exceptional attention to detail
- Read plans, solve problems, and communicate solutions, not just problems
- Work independently while collaborating with Project Managers and skilled trades
- Mentor teammates and help raise the standard on every project
- Deliver a client experience that's as impressive as the finished work
Who You Are
- 5+ years of residential remodeling experience (10+ is a huge plus)
- Skilled from framing through finish
- Professional in occupied homes
- Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Leads by example, not by title
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Wants to continue growing into leadership
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- OSHA10 required, OSHA30 preferred
