Adaptive Swim Coach (1:1 Therapeutic Setting)
Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking a compassionate professional with experience in ABA, special education, therapy, or working with children with adaptive needs to join our Adaptive Swim Program.
This role focuses on primarily 1:1 sessions, helping children with autism and unique abilities build water safety, confidence, and independence in a structured, supportive environment.

Position Details

Part-time (5-12 hours/week)

Consistent weekly schedule Weekday afternoons or weekends Sessions are primarily 1:1 with parent involvement
Compensation

$25-$30/hour based on experience

What You'll Do

Lead 1:1 adaptive swim sessions Support children with varying sensory and behavioral needs Teach water safety and foundational swim skills Guide parents during sessions Celebrate progress and build confidence
Ideal Background
