Busy NJ/NY personal injury law firm seeking a pre-litigation paralegal with knowledge of the no-fault process for both New Jersey and New York. Tasks will include monitoring medical treatment, reviewing and organizing files on a regular basis, maintaining client contact, updating medical records, responding to requests from insurance carriers, and medical demand packages.
