- Provide outstanding customer support by actively listening, understanding needs, and offering effective solutions
- Conduct data entry accurately into company systems while maintaining high organizational standards
- Manage client services requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Support sales efforts by promoting products or services that meet customer needs and enhance their experience
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Proven call center experience or customer service background with strong communication skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and record keeping
- Ability to handle cash transactions or related client interactions confidently (nice-to-have)
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with call center software, CRM tools, or similar platforms
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions

Pay: $25.87 - $31.75 per hour
