Long-Lewis of Prattville is looking for a Quick Lane Advisor to become the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled service technicians.
As a Quick Lane Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience—from intake to delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing honest, helpful guidance to customers, we’d love to meet you.
Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing service needs
Clearly communicate repair recommendations between technicians and customers
Prepare accurate repair orders and review service details, costs, and timelines
Keep customers updated on service status and changes throughout the process
Promote and explain recommended maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient, on-time service delivery
Maintain detailed records, follow-up systems, and service documentation
Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
High school diploma or GED required
Post-secondary training in automotive or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in a dealership or high-volume service environment
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a team-driven environment
Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude
