Electrical Mechanic/ Electrician
Location: 5955 Summit Ave, Browns Summit, NC 27214
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanic to support our final assembly department by installing electrical conduit, wiring equipment, and completing electrical assemblies. This position requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with production teams to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Bend, install, and secure Rigid, IMC, and EMT conduit.
- Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring for equipment and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and shop drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical installation issues.
- Lead and mentor electrical helpers while ensuring quality workmanship.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize assigned tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing electrical installation preferred.
- Proficient in conduit bending, conduit installation, and wire termination.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels exceeding 90 decibels.
- Must be able to safely use hand and power tools required for electrical installation.
