LPN double weekends
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at Ardmore Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is a full-time position working double weekends. Responsibilities:
Provides direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitors resident conditions and reports changes to the Director of Nursing or other appropriate staff
Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Participates in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
Fosters a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Oklahoma
Current CPR certification

Working Conditions:
Works at nursing station and throughout the facility
May be subject to frequent interruptions and emergency situations
May work beyond normal working hours and on weekends, holidays when necessary
Subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, and/or conditions
