Part-Time Onsite Manager (Live-In)
Location: San Diego, CA
Compensation: 1/3 Rent Discount on a Beautiful Studio Apartment + Hourly Pay (if applicable)

Job Summary
Urban Coast Properties is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Live-In Onsite Manager to oversee the day-to-day appearance and operations of a well-maintained apartment community in North Park.
This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while enjoying reduced rent in exchange for helping maintain a high-quality living environment. The role averages 10–15 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Walk the property daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Perform move-out inspections and document unit condition.
- Coordinate unit turns with the property management team.
- Conduct occasional move-in inspections.
- Monitor the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community.
- Submit maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding work orders.
- Assist with vendor access when needed.
- Respond to resident questions and communicate concerns to management.
- Help ensure community rules are followed and report lease violations when observed.
- Perform light administrative tasks as assigned.
