Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Representative include:
- Conduct face to face consultations with customers to represent AT&T wireless products and services
- Educate customers on available wireless plans, devices, and promotions while identifying solutions that fit their needs
- Create and facilitating sales presentations and answering customer questions throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the overall Sales Enrollment team to reach team and individual objectives
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Strategise with Customer Sales Representative Manager and team on ways to target customers, improve approach, and close sales
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through strong communication and customer service skills
- Accurately maintain customer records, sales activity, and enrollment information
Customer Sales Representative expected Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in a customer facing role, preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in face-to-face customer interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling customer information and sales reporting
