We’re looking for an AT&T Team Member who can deliver expert sales support and tailor wireless solutions to fit each customer’s needs. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding service, promote our mobile offerings professionally, and build authentic connections with every interaction.This role offers hands-on training in telecommunications, sales strategy, and customer solutions with room to grow.

What You’ll Do as AT&T Team Member:
- Engage directly with individuals in assigned areas, sharing wireless product information and helping people understand available options.
- Assess customer wireless needs and recommend tailored products
- Drive sales through product knowledge and consultative service
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales and service approaches
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales metrics
- Attend ongoing training to stay current on new products and tech
- Resolve customer concerns with professional, personalized solutions
What You Bring to be a successful AT&T Team Member:
- No experience required but background in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to specialize and grow
- Ability to work independently and meet goals
- Tech-savvy and eager to stay current with emerging technologies

Pay: $3,900.00 - $4,800.00 per month
