- Assist in specials menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service
- Serve dishes to guests or assist staff during busy service periods, ensuring excellent customer experience
Experience
- Hands-on kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards is essential
- Skills in knife handling, meal preparation, and food presentation are highly valued
- Experience with catering and food handling enhances your suitability for this role
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food service procedures, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
