Elevated Health is a boutique, concierge-type primary care practice in Huntington Beach focused on personalized, relationship-based care. Our membership-based model prioritizes quality over volume, allowing our team to deliver an elevated patient experience in a professional, supportive environment.
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a back-office clinical role. Our practice is built on providing thoughtful, high-quality care, and we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment and takes pride in supporting both patients and providers.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a medical office setting (primary care preferred)
- Experience in both front and back office duties
- Proficient in phlebotomy (venipuncture required)
- Experience with IV placement and infusion therapy (required for LVN candidates)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain discretion
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Administer medications and injections as ordered
- Perform clinical tasks (EKGs, urine dips, specimen collection, etc.)
- Maintain steady patient flow and support an efficient schedule
- Document thoroughly and in a timely manner in the EMR
- Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready at all times
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall clinic operations

Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
