Wiser Rentals is a growing self-service car rental company in Memphis. Our fleet serves guests through our own booking site at wiserdrive.com, and we need a reliable Fleet Operations Assistant to keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for the next guest.
What you'll do:
- Clean and detail vehicles between rentals (vacuum, wipe-down, exterior wash)
- Photograph and inspect vehicles after each trip; report any damage or issues
- Move vehicles between our lot, cleaning, and service appointments
- Handle fuel-ups, tire pressure, and fluid checks
- Stage vehicles and keys for self-service guest pickup
- Occasional guest deliveries and pickups
- Update vehicle status and photos in our fleet app
What we're looking for:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (21+ preferred for insurance)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Smartphone with camera for vehicle photos
- Available some weekends and occasional evenings
- Detailing or fleet experience a plus, but not required
Schedule and pay:
- Part-time, 15-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- $15-$18 per hour based on experience
- Room to grow with a fast-growing local company
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
