Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and other office management tools
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments
- Oversee filing systems, document proofreading, and ensure all correspondence is clear, accurate, and well-organized
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic financial recordkeeping and invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in person to clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with office management duties and other jobs assigned as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is highly desirable
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
