AVAILABLE POSITIONS
- Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary point of contact for customers and play a critical role in daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with orders accurately and professionally
- Coordinating workflow between customers and production staff
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communicating clearly and courteously in person, by phone, and by email
- Production Lab Technician
Production Lab Technicians work within one of the busiest photo labs in the region, handling film processing, scanning, printing, and related production tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and scanning film orders accurately
- Producing photo prints and imaging products according to specifications
- Maintaining production quality standards
- Meeting daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should:
- Provide verifiable professional references during the hiring process
- Demonstrate strong attendance and reliability
- Possess basic knowledge of customer service, photography, imaging, or related fields
- Be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the first six months of employment
- Live within a practical commuting distance of our location
- Maintain professional workplace conduct and performance standards
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
After successful completion of training and the introductory employment period:
- $25 per hour, or annual contact
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Performance-based bonus opportunities for qualified employees
