Job Summary
1. Experience supporting IT end points such as PCs, printers, wired, and wireless devices.
2. Equipped with basic Technical Support Services toolkit (i.e., screwdrivers, pliers, sockets, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
· 1 year of experience supporting IT end points.
· 1 year of service desk or call center support experience.
· Must hold an A+ certification.
