Cook (Meat & Pancake Station)
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking team member to join our fast-paced breakfast restaurant kitchen.
Hours:
- Restaurant operating hours are 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Team members should expect to stay until approximately 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM to assist with cleaning, closing duties, and preparing the kitchen for the next day.
Position Overview:
This position will primarily work in either the Meat Station or Pancake Station, depending on the restaurant's needs. Station assignment and job responsibilities will be discussed in detail during the in-person interview.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to company standards.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of food.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
- Assist with end-of-day cleaning and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Previous restaurant or cooking experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Schedule Requirements:
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
- Holiday availability is required.
- We are open year-round, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day when the restaurant is closed.
