Job Description
Yamato Transport U.S.A. Inc., an international shipping company, is looking for a full time customer service oriented Field Representative Coordinator who is quite friendly, professional, organized and loves working on a team.
As one of our Field Representative Coordinators, you will be part of a team of moving experts whose primary responsibilities are moving and transporting household items to and from our client’s homes and our warehouse. You will be providing an exclusive and sophisticated customer service experience to our clients while interfacing with international clients who are primarily from Japan.
It is extremely important you believe in delivering a great experience to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Corresponded to new inquiring from customer by phone or e-mail
- Pack and unpack clients’ belongings, hang clothes, make beds and organize kitchens.
- Prepare documentation relating to client needs, invoices, moving, inventory and scheduling.
- Scheduling and organizing for job site work
- Date Entry for operation by using our internal system
- Data Entry for Billing and invoicing
Job Requirements
· Basic Typing Skills.
· May be asked to move and lift items not to exceed 10-15 lbs.
· Japanese language skill strongly desired as most of our international clients prefer to speak in the Japanese language
