We are looking for dependable safe drivers who are enthusiastic, dedicated and take pride in their ability to fulfill client needs on time and safely.
1 yr cdl class A required - No Aggregate experience needed but is a plus – Training provided onsite
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including tankers, while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
- Load and unload freight with precision
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are a MUST to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Drive route schedules efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards during deliveries and pickups
- Handle various types of freight including Aggregate loads locally and in the mountain regions
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery documentation, and vehicle maintenance records experience with ELDs is a plus
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly
Experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Local Aggregate haul -8 months -1 year class A driving exp required
- Mountain Aggregate Haul - 3 years verifiable mountain experience required
- Proven experience in truck driving, especially with Belly dumps, End dumps and side dumps
- Familiarity with Automatic transmission trucks
- Delivery driver experience involving load & unload procedures across diverse freight types
- Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety protocols in commercial trucking
