Central Washington Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing leader to support clinical excellence, guide and mentor nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across our care teams. This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a respected established organization dedicated to improving the health of the communities we serve.
In this role, the Nursing Supervisor will combine clinical nursing expertise with strong leadership skills to strengthen nursing operations, support staff development, improve patient flow, and promote outstanding patient outcomes in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Position is full time (40 hours), M-F.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved nursing program is required.

WA RN license is required.

BLS is required.

3 years of related experience is required.

Prior supervisory experience is strongly desired.

Immunizations (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU) are required prior to start date.

Pre-employment drug screen is required.
Pay: $86,715.20 - $107,494.40 annually.
